Challenges: odours
Result: A notable success story was the implementation of the AirMaid® system in more than 80 McDonalds units. AirMaid®, the advanced solution for air purification in industrial kitchens was installed to improve air quality and reduce odours in extraction ducts.
After installation, there was a significant reduction in odours around the restaurants, which improved the experience for both customers and neighbours. Furthermore, the system contributed to reducing maintenance costs for ventilation ducts by preventing the accumulation of grease. This implementation not only raised hygine standards, but also aligned with McDondald´s sutainability goals, demonstrating the effectiveness of AirMaid® in high-volume environments like those within QSR.
